Mr. Biggs of Arizona introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Education and Workforce Reason: To abolish the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and for other purposes. Short Title: This Act may be cited as the “Nullify Occupational Safety and Health Administration Act” or the “NOSHA Act”.
